The Discover Boating® Minneapolis Boat Show® is set to return to the Minneapolis Convention Center from January 23 to 26, 2025. Drawing visitors from communities far and wide, the region’s largest and longest-running boat show offers a display of the industry’s newest boats and marine products from top brands.

  • Thursday, January 23: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday, January 24: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday, January 25: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday, January 26: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Ticket information

  • Adults (13 and older): $13 online, $15 onsite
  • Children (12 and younger): Free
  • Senior Day (Thursday, January 23, 62+): $12 online only
  • Active Military: Free with valid ID

Humminbird Mega Live 2 & XPLORE

  • The newly launched MEGA Live 2 forward-facing sonar system and the XPLORE series of fish finders are making their debut to the public. The boat show will be one of the first chances to experience them in person. Our team has already had the chance to use this unit, and it’s a significant improvement over previous FFS units from Humminbird!

  • You’ll be able to see all the latest boats from brands like Malibu, Mastercraft, Moomba, and other top boat manufacturers. Some of the ones we are excited for are listed below.

    • The Tige Ultre 25ZX
    • Yamaha SX250 Jet Boat

Planning your visit

    • Parking: Multiple parking ramps are available around the Minneapolis Convention Center, with rates ranging from $5.00 to $15.00. The skyway system provides convenient indoor access to the venue.
    • Accessibility: The convention center is fully accessible, offering features such as automatic entrances, power assist doors, and wheelchair-accessible elevators and bathrooms.
  • Places to stay

    If you’re visiting from out of town, you’ll have plenty of accommodation options through Airbnb or various hotels. Our #1 neighborhood to recommend staying in nearby the convention center is Uptown Minneapolis. It’s a fantastic neighborhood for shopping, dining, and people-watching. Plus, you’ll have access to the beautiful Bde Maka Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun), which is perfect for walks if the weather is nice.

  • Nearby food

    There are a variety of food options near the Minneapolis Convention Center, offering something for every taste and craving. Stop at Matt’s Bar, the home of the original Juicy Lucy!
