A great, reliable boat for a day out on the water! Perfect for exploring the local waters. Fuel is not included in the price.



The renter is required to sign the damage waiver (price already included in the listed boat price).



The boat may not go into the open ocean. The boat may look slightly different or have a different color, as we have a few of the same boat models.



If you were born on or after January 1st, 1988, you are legally required to hold a FL Boater's License to operate a boat in FL waters. The course is free to take.



You must be 21 years or older to operate this boat. You must also hold a US Driver's License to rent.



There may be a price surcharge increase for holiday weekends.



We charge a $20 fee in addition to the fuel cost if you leave without filling up the gas tank back to the level you received the boat at



Damage Waiver (Included in the rental price)



Food allowed, but no glass containers and no grilling. If we find evidence of glass or grilling on a boat, you will be charged a minimum $50 fee.



Standard, adult, Coast Guard regulation life jackets (the orange ones we’ve all seen) are provided. If you have an infant, or small youth, or prefer a vest-type life jacket, you will need to provide your own.



No pets are permitted on the boat



All boats are housed at a marina, in a slip, and do not require trailering.



No boat may be trailered to another location.

No tubing or watersports allowed



PARKING

We share a parking lot with Turtle Beach Grill, so sometimes parking space can be limited. There is public parking across the street at the Turtle Beach Public Beach Access - parking is free and available from 6:00 am to Midnight. Please note, this area is monitored and regulated by Sarasota County. Please obey app posted rules and signage.
