Any claim must be requested at the time of return to the dock Captain in writing if there is an issue. That is how confident we are that our boats are sparkling clean and are running in top performing condition. Speeds will vary dependent on total load and weather conditions.

We keep our boats clean, barnacle free out of the water on a lift and power wash them after every trip. There are no barnacles or obstacles to slow you down. Of course wind conditions, weather conditions and quantity of passengers will adjust the speed of the boat accordingly.
