Booking and Cancellation Policy:



Free Cancellations: Cancel up to 5 days before your booking start time for a full refund.



50% Refund: Cancellations made between 3-5 days before the booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund.



Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.



A security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking to cover any incidental damage. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, provided no claims are made.



Captain Information:



If requested, we can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter, or you may choose to use your own qualified captain. For time-chartered trips, we will provide the captain to ensure a seamless experience.



Please note that operating this vessel requires medium to advanced boating skills. The boat can accommodate up to 13 passengers or a total weight of 2,300 lbs, with a maximum weight of 375 lbs per individual passenger.
