"Victory", a brand new Key West 263 FS Center Console available for dolphin watching, sunset cruises and other captained tours on Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas.



This model is focused on comfort and safety. This vessel has more seating - and more comfortable seating than other vessels in its class. In addition, for safety, the hulls are fully foam filled up to the gunnels, providing more buoyancy for an unsinkable boat.



We are federally documented with a Coastwise Endorsement to operate as a commercial vessel. While this is documentation and endorsement is necessary to legally operate a for hire vessel, very few other "charter" vessels of our size actually hold this endorsement, and instead pass the liability off to you as a "bareboat" charter. Unlike most other vessels here on Boatsetter we operate fully legally, and do not need to pass the liability for the safe operation of our vessel off to you in order to get around our legal responsibilities.

For safety - NO GLASS, NO SMOKING



We do not allow jumping from the vessel at any time, nor do we allow swimming directly from the vessel. We will only allow disembarkment once the captain has securely anchored the vessel in water shallow enough for all guests to stand. Unfortunately, neither our own insurance nor Boatsetter's insurance (nor any insurance that we are aware of) will cover you once off of our vessel - including when swimming. Guests assume all liability once off the vessel, and will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to any cruise which may include disembarkment into the shallow water.



As a smaller vessel we do not have a true "head" (restroom), however in the case of emergencies, but we do have a very nice bucket with toilet seat inside the spacious console with enough room for most guests to stand up.
