Crew gratuities are not included in the quoted rates and are recommended at 15-20%.



**CANCELLATION POLICY**

The yacht is considered booked once funds have been received and a confirmation has been sent to the client. If the client has an issue with the booked time, we offer a one time change of date/time based on availability. If the client is unable to reschedule and must cancel the booking, we offer a 50% refund until 30 days prior to the booking start time. Cancellation within 30 days of the booking date and time will only receive the refund IF the booking date and time is rebooked by another client. Cancellations within 7 days of the booking start time are non-refundable. In the event a Charter is cancelled by the Captain for weather conditions or safety concerns, the client will be allowed to reschedule to an available date/time. In the unfortunate event the Captain must cancel the Charter due to the Paradiso having mechanical issues and/or is not in condition to Charter, the client can either reschedule to an available date/time or receive a full refund.
