The boat

• Must be 21 & over to rent Jet-Ski.

• Born before 1984: No license required.

• Born after 1984: License is required; get started by Googling “boat ed Louisiana” to sign up and complete LA boater safety course to obtain LA Boating License.

• Watercraft rental waivers must be signed in-person then completely executed and accepted by Lessor before Lessee rental can proceed.

• Lessee and passengers must ALWAYS wear approved life jacket.

• Lessee must ALWAYS obey laws, regulations, and ordinances where Jet-Ski is being operated.

• Lessor will ALWAYS launch and recover Jet-Ski using boat hoist system. Lessee must ALWAYS board/de-board when Jet-Ski is floating in the water.

• Lessee must complete Jet-Ski condition inspection, and Lessor must accept Lessee condition inspection before rental can proceed.

• Lessee shall never ground Jet-Ski in shallow water (ex. “beach” the watercraft).

• Only 87 octane gasoline must be used to fill fuel tank.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
