The State of Florida Regulations state that:

Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must pass an approved boater safety course and hold a valid card or be accompanied by a person who does hold such card.

Licensed Captains are exempt from this requirement.



We require you to be 21 year of age or older.



The boat must be returned with a full tank. All boats have full tanks upon check in. If you do not fill tank prior to your return, the fuel price at return dock is double the market price.

For your convenience, the boat is available for rent with or without a captain. If you're an experienced boater, you can operate the boat yourself, but if you prefer to relax and enjoy the day, a licensed captain can be arranged for an additional fee. Please note that renters must be at least 21 years of age, and those born after January 1, 1988 must have passed an approved boater safety course or be accompanied by someone who holds such a card.
