Cancellation Policy:During High season (Dec.23- Jan.7 and Spring break): No cancellations/refunds. You will be entitled to reschedule to another available date if you prefer. For all other periods not in High season: If cancellation is 48 hours before of the contracted date, the company will refund 100% of the trip. If cancellation is less, then no refund. If cancellation is by a natural phenomenon or by prohibition of the Dominican Navy Authorities, the company will refund 100% of the trip.
