What To Expect Onboard:
Bayliner Element is excellent for a Miami Bay ride! The evolutionary Bayliner Element combines a familiar automotive-style handling, class-leading stability, and safety features.
Captain provides safety instruction tutorial before the rental starts and many boating tips for the area as well.
Equipment:
Stereo sound system with Bluetooth/FM radio, depth finder, cup holders, Bimini top, 25quartz cooler, fully equipped with safety equipment & ready to go!
FLORIDA BOATING LAW!
A person who was born on or after January 1st, 1988, must have completed a boater education course approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) or passed an approved equivalency exam to operate a vessel powered by a motor of 10 horsepower or greater (including PWCs). Renter is responsible to prove that he or she passed the test PRIOR to departure. Not having the boating safety completed will lead to cancelation with no refund.
If you were born before Jan. 1, 1988, you just need a valid ID.

Rules:
This vessel is strictly forbidden to go out on the ocean, must stay within the bay area!
Prohibited: fishing, pets, jeans, hard objects, big coolers, towing, open ocean.
Operation Hours: Sunrise to Sunset
Fuel price is $35 per quarter of the tank upon return of the vessel. Boat comes with a full gas tank prior to departure.
Weather cancellation: In case of unsafe weather on the day of the rental we can cancel with refund or reschedule.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
